1-2-1 COACHING - THE PROCESS
1-2-1 coaching is a powerful way to move yourself from where you currently are, to where you want to be. Generally, we are pretty good at recognising what we want to change and perhaps even at knowing what we want, but we get stumped on the how.
It's important to remember: that "thing" you want, that person you want to be, is a result. Every result has a process... You can't follow the right process and not get the right result. If you're wanting a result that you don't currently have, then it makes sense that you're not aware of how to get it. This is why we find people who do. We do not know what we do not know.
The place you currently find yourself in, is unique to you. Likewise, the place you are trying to get to, is also unique to you, so your 'process' for moving from one to the other, will have to be unique to you as well. This is why 1-2-1 coaching is so powerful when it comes to transforming, it is so effective at moving people from THEIR point A, to THEIR point B.
Each person has their own set of unique beliefs, values, experiences, perceptions and blind spots - that can underpin both their obstacles and their goals. This is why we can read all kinds of books, take all kinds of courses and try all kinds of techniques that other people swear by, and they don't work. This is why even coaches have coaches - every result has a process.
The result YOU want, the version of yourself that you want to be, has a process. Brooke's transformational coaching is designed to allow you to figure out that process, and then both support you, and hold you accountable - each step of the way. You'll find a description of this process below, so you can get a good idea of how it would actually work... But, your unique transformation can only be described on a discovery session - as this process is tailored uniquely to each client.
All coaching takes place online via Zoom.
GET CLEAR ON THE RESULT
If we can see exactly where we are heading, its much easier to find the way.
You may already know exactly what it is you want, what you need to change, and who this best version of yourself is. Or, you may not, you may not have a clue.
Either way, our first official session together will be twice as long as usual - so that we can deeply explore exactly what it is we are aiming to achieve. We will also create an accurate picture of the place we find ourselves now, allowing us to see the true gap between where we are, and where we want to be.
This bit is crucial, if we don't know where we are going, how do we expect to find the way?
The results you get in life are determined by your actions. Your actions are determined by the way that you feel. The way that you feel is determined by your thoughts.
If we get clear on the kind of result your best version has, and the kind of life they are living (step 1)...
Then we can figure out what action would have created that kind of life (the result)...
If we can get clear on the action, then we can figure out what kinds of emotion allow for that kind of action...
If we can get clear on the emotion, then we can figure out what kind of thinking creates those emotions...
And if we can get clear on the thinking, then we can get you to your very best version...
Because if we get you thinking like your best version...
Then you'll feel like your best version...
If you feel like your best version, you'll take action like your best version...
and if you take action like your best version, then you'll get the results of BEING your best version...
The thinking underpins everything. If you're thinking the way this desired version of yourself would, you will naturally feel the way they would, naturally do the things they would and thus become them.
That's your process.
Now we just gotta get you thinking like your best version.
No more trial and error.
Just clarity and consistency with a simple yet effective process, bespoke to you.
The next step is to map this out. This may at first seem like an overwhelming, mammoth task - but it isn't.
The smoother the ride, the more enjoyable the journey.

SORT THE THINKING OUT
Most of our time is spent re-training the brain to think in the way that we want it to think, while learning to choose how we feel, and take the necessary action to get the result we want.
Its important to understand that the situation we
currently find ourselves in (the way you think, feel
and behave) is the RESULT of your previous process.
You've trained your brain to notice certain things, to think in certain ways, to feel certain ways and to behave in certain ways.
We can re-train it.
If you're willing to put in the effort, we can rewire your brain to allow for the result that you want.
We can teach it to notice the positive over the negative.
We can teach it to think good things about ourselves, the things we've done and the way we look.
We can teach it to move into what feels good, rather than feeding into anxiety, stress and worry.
We can teach it to remain motivated.
We can show it how to feel more of the way you want to feel (e.g. confident, calm, happy)
We can show it how to choose the way we want to feel and respond to situations.
And once you've put this work in, its yours.
This will be your natural way of being.
Not forced, not constantly self sabotaged, but just being.
Week after week, we will use a wide range of transformational coaching and master level NLP techniques to move your thinking into alignment with the version of yourself you want to be. We will consistently work on our ability to choose the way we want to feel, and I'll hold you accountable to the action we planned to take.

As we take each step, we will find key areas to focus within. These will be your own unique obstacles that are preventing you from thinking/feeling/behaving the way you want to.
